Denver selects Bruton

Denver took Bruton in the 4th round. Unfortunately, ESPN barely even mentioned it. Those of you who hate ESPN have more fuel to feed your hatred, lol.

Denver took Bruton in the 3rd round.

Bruton was the 14th pick in the 4th round - 115th overall.


This is kind of a strange pick for Denver seeing that they already have a very strong secondary and took a safety earlier in the draft as well.

My Broncos have been drafting very weird this year. I guess what McDaniel's thinks is that our secondary is too old and we're trying to build for the future. I am excited either way about Bruton though, he should be on our special teams right away.

Nice to see some Irish drafted. While Denvers draft might be somewhat odd, Detroits is over the top puzzling. In need of Defense they draft offense...

his tackling and decision making are responsible for where he went in the draft - definitely not his ability to catch the ball. He is, by NFL standards, a very poor tackler. He does have all of the physical attributes to become a solid NFL veteran.
