Raise your hand if you think ND is going to lose by more than 21 pts. I think we come out of halftime inspired. We may not win but we will go down swinging and make this respectable. I believe in this team.

A buddy just asked me the same. I said BK better have a helluva HT speech, and the coaches on both sides need to adjust.

If we lose by 21 or more, not sure we deserve to go the CFP, and frankly not sure I'd want to.

It’s tough sledding when u are playing with 4 offensive lineman. Actually, Lugg is playing bad enough it’s like being down a lineman and spotting the D an extra player.

Idk. Clemson has better talent and Notre Dame's system relies on running the ball and wearing teams down. They aren't gonna be able to do that here. They need to score pretty well every drive in the second half AND stop Clemson from getting points. That's a big ask.

So I’m an optimistic kinda of guy. Despite my frustrations I post on. This game is not over. But the coaches are gonna have to earn their pay. Clemson has the upper hand at this point. Just gonna have to cut their hands off!!!

Honestly this was my last hope that ND could actually compete. So I'll be a fan still. There is nothing for ND. ND will never compete with these teams.

Future look. Win 10 games and go to a NY6 non playoff bowl. That's NDs ceiling.

They have a few “dudes” but they’ll never have the number of dudes that tOSU, Bama & Clemson have stockpiled. They’re a great second tier team but outside of an occasional “rise up” win like OU or Clemson earlier this year, this is as good as it gets. The problem w/ the big regular season win is it sets them up to be exposed on the big stage like 2012 & 2020.

I think we all knew they could compete and at least keep this game competitive but I’ve said from day one: “if you can’t be competitive in a rematch there’s zero chance you’ll be competitive vs Bama”

I left to go on a house fire and come back to see this. It was a great season ladies and gentlemen but this game is in the books. Bama might be worse for us.
