Daniels banged up?

Ok, I heard that BJ Daniels has a hammy pull. Now the guy who told me heard it on the radio, I don't know who it was. He said he will play but it could hamper him running. Is this guy pulling my leg or yall hear something similar?

Happened Aug. 9th

USF quarterback B.J. Daniels tweaked his hamstring during practice Tuesday morning and will be limited over the next few days.

Coach Skip Holtz said on his Twitter account: "BJ tweaks hamstring at practice today. Will be limited a couple days, but should be fine."

Daniels is one of the biggest keys to getting USF where it wants to be this season, so it would make sense if USF took the cautious route here. There is not much depth behind Daniels, going into his third year as a starter. Bobby Eveld came in and finished up the win over Miami last season. The only other scholarship on the roster is true freshman Matt Floyd.

There were some earlier threads on this. It happened in one of the practices in early August and was downplayed as minor by the team. There hasn't been much on it since. Those ridiculous USF fans will use it as a scapegoat for their loss.

I would put zero stock into anything negative I hear about Daniels (from a physical standpoint) unless I hear it come out of Skip Holtz's mouth on Saturday.
