1. The dumbassery of Chris Ash is just inexcusable. It goes beyond refusing to just go to Man / stay in Man, it's that we over and over and over again had guys confused on where they are lining up / what they are doing. You cannot give up 28 points to a team like that, sorry.

2. Denbrock.... woof. Reminded my of watching Gerad Parker against Clemson when Sam Hartman literally never had anyone open to throw to. Throwing sideline balls to TEs and WRs who aren't open, not really running anything to "bust" them. I also cannot stand how on that last play of the game there is *nothing* being run to the middle of the field.

3. It's very, very hard to win in CFB and you're on the road against a Top 10 team. You cannot sleepwalk your way through an entire half and expect to win.

4. Refs gotta throw a flag there at the end, come on.

Back in the day, losing one game you could have won was devastating. In this playoff system, it just doesn’t feel like the end of the world anymore. That feeling sums up my disdain for the current system well. Individual games have lost some value.

The team didn’t give up down double digits at halftime, the defense played an improved game the second half. I also have to remind myself that Carr is allowed to not be sharp. Lots of missed throws tonight. I’m also reminded of his lack of running skills and the lack of an added dimension that creates.
