Yeah. They should have made Brady move into a house with NJNP, Irishpat, and koon!

Whoa, whoa! Easy there, bro. Let's not get carried away. You sound like one of those radicals that wants to draw & quarter a man for jaywalking.

Can't stand Brady or the Pats, but tbh the game wasn't even close. The real losers are probably the Seahawks. Pats should have had to forfeit the game and Indy should have moved on, who probably then loses to Seattle in the Super Bowl. Can't stand Caroll either, so fuck that last Super Bowl.

Just because the game wasn't close doesn't mean it's not cheating.

While at purdue, I knew a girl that was caught cheating on an exam. She was given a zero percent (class policy for 1st offense, 2nd offense is automatic failure of the class).

This girl was brilliant, easily would have had a 90 percent, (which would have been one the tops in the class, easily an A after the curve).

She didn't need to cheat, because she would have had an A anyways. But she did, and she was punished as if she were a slacker trying to cheat their way into passing the course.

You can't say cheating doesn't matter based on the outcome of the game, the score is irrelevant.

If the Patriots would have lost that game to the Colts, I believe they should be facing the same exact punishments as now.

Cheating is cheating, punishments must be cut and dry.

I'll blindly defend ND or any Boston team especially when it's in regards to something like this. I wouldn't be defending Tom if he had smacked around Giselle, but taking air out of the football, which still couldn't be proven after 100+ days of investigating? I'll defend Tom's innocence till my death haha

What if it was a controversy regarding BC and ND? The dilemma you would have.

Easy, dude. Even though the game wasn't close I said the Pats should have had to forfeit the game. That would have been a bigger impact than their current punishment as it would have kept them out of the title game. Investigations take time unfortunately. Too often teams get to skate by because they're allowed to play through investigations and appeals. I don't like it, the advantage goes to the possible cheater most times, but they do it that way because "Innocent until proven guilty." In an ideal world I would have disqualified the Pats and prevented them from going to the Super Bowl. I agree that the Pats should be punished regardless of the score because cheating is cheating, but the real shame is that the punishment will hurt them very little next year.

My whole beef is the crowd that actually believes properly inflated balls would have changed the game dramatically or something. No, the Pats would have won regardless, they're just douchebags because they tried to cheat anyway. Belichick's Pats are now known for multiple offenses during his tenure, he should have to resign imo.

The Deflator...

Sometimes, the general stupidity of football at all levels really bothers me.
