Been working on strength and condition the past 7 weeks. System is firmly in place in year 4. Players know what to expect.

Harrell up 19 pounds to 305, and Hanratty up to 309. Wow.

Hounshell up to 275 pounds, and Councell and Grace at 248 as well.

Amir Carlisle almost at 100%.

Atkinson is at 217 pounds. Had 19 reps at 225.

Interesting note that Bk made early: the depth chart is set in spring ball and its up to incoming summer freshman recruits to fill in the ranks and if they are good enough they will move up the chart

Well for one its the opposite of how Saban is doing things at Bama this spring, he moved a bunch of offense players to defense knowing well that they wont be there when summer comes as they have recruits coming in that they expect to fill high spots on the depth chart.

I can see Chris making huge strides in productivity this year. He's so talented and fast. I really hope he and Golson work on their timing this whole off season. They easily could've connected on a few more TD passes last season. I'm very excited for our WR core this year.
