I imagine it'll be between them and Oregon to land leavitt. Plus if they keep winning they'll have a mini pro roster to keep it going. If they're worth anything recruiting they'll have a solid roster next year if I were to guess

Correct, they'll likely lose 7 starters on each side of the ball. In the trenches, they'll likely lose 4/5 starters on the OL and 3/4 on the DL. Their DL and Secondary should still be pretty good, though.
I know they lose Bain. Does Mesidor have eligibility left? I’m guessing he gets a good enough draft grade to leave.

Yes, which is why having a network aligned with a conference control the entire selection process is a TERRIBLE idea if you’re looking to be objective whatsoever.

Really the entire playoff should be split among the networks and you use computers and only involve a human committee of only unaffiliated admins from Ivy League Schools or non participating G5 conferences to break any ties or whatever.

This really hurts. Not Miami winning, I knew they were a top team, but the committee fucking us out of our chance to show how good we are.

It was never a us vs them comparison, it was Miami vs Bama/OU.
It’s been extremely difficult to watch any of these games knowing and feeling this.

It’s so damn hard to win a title, especially with a 3/4 round playoff. To lose a chance with the most talented roster and elite play since the early 90’s is really, really tough to swallow.

Even if we go all in from the portal and come into the season as the betting favorites, there’s still so much that has to go right.
