I think it's time the nine horses get back into the barn real quick with this shit, because the more they uncover the more out of hand it is starting to look.
Yawn. It’s an effort to smear and discredit the court. You’re falling for it. Not all racists wear hoods.

Because he's about as rock ribbed a conservative legal jurist as your gonna find. Why pay money for something you can get for free? Awful investment.

If you were going to bribe someone it'd be Roberts or Kavanaugh. They're more malleable to public opinion and actually decide cases.

What Thomas/Scania do is show to enterprising young Federalist Society members is that playing for the right team can be pretty lucrative if your career takes of and you stay in government.

I think if someone wanted to dig deep they’d find some juicy things on most of the judges regardless of which team you think they play for.

Was RBG playing for the right team?

Koch bros are about to have a case before the court. He should at the least recuse himself from it. He won't because he appears to be one of the most bitter humans I've come to know about and there is no way he is going to be forced to do anything.

"That puts Thomas in the extraordinary position of having served as a fundraising draw for a network that has brought cases before the Supreme Court, including one of the most closely watched of the upcoming term."

I have no expectation of anything happening other than Durbin threatening for the 5th time to do something.
He first ran for state senate in 1976. Two years before I was born. From there on he has been running for state or federal office in Illinois for my entire lifetime. His last actual Senate primary was in 1996. He's 78 years old.

I wish he would step aside.

I have no idea how much it happened before, but the current elder statesman just won't fucking retire.

If you believe the Dobbs decision was correctly decided, you would have no problem with that, right?

Roe was not supported by law. Even some on the left acknowledged that. That power belongs to the states. Let Ohio choose for Ohio and so forth. Makes sense to me.

Sure, until states start prosecuting their residents for crossing state lines to get an abortion like Texas wants to.

Seven straight states with double digit wins in favor.

Helped VA Dems hold senate and flip house.

Helped PA Dems win a State Supreme Court seat.

Helped Beshear win another term in Kentucky by five points.

State voters seem very much enthused now that this is being left for them to decide.

People have a right to leave and that “want to” is clearly unconstitutional. People are fleeing California, Oregon, and other blue areas successfully now.
