Reportedly the Dodgers offered Kershaw about 300 million and he turned them down. Where will it end? IMHO nobody is worth that much to play a game. I'd rather watch a little league game. How do you feel about it?

That would be an incredibly bad move for the Dodgers. Kershaw is definitely one of the best pitchers in baseball, but 10 years and 300 million is idiotic. Too much risk involved. You can't bank on anyone being at the same level ten years from now. What if he gets hurt next season and can't pitch again or is never the same (Mark Prior)? It's probably easier to lose $100 million than $300. A five or six year deal makes way more sense. Although, I don't like the Dodgers so go ahead and spend that much.

Oh my god I hope like hell Kershaw signs that deal and regresses mightily. I'd love nothing more than to see that "Mickey Mouse" organization straddled with that contract. Why don't they just give Puig 200 million while they're at if they're going to be passing out bad contracts to game 6 goats.
