Totally agree. He's 6'1-6'1.5 and will probably be 6'2+ walking on campus. Look at his feet in the picture with Freeman. Dude has boats and he's what? 17?.
Put his feet next to Ryan Tannehills GF. That chick had some boats. Almost wrapped them around the helmet she was standing on in a pic.

Think people need to remember the kid received offers from Ohio State, Ole Miss, A&M, Bama, PSU, UGA, OU, Florida, and IU after his sophomore year, and before us.
It feels like it was yesterday when we had a QB recruit with those same offers (except pOSU) and talking about projected growth.

I’m in the camp that his film looks much better than his reviews. The fact that it’s Sophomore film seems only to play in his favor.

i don’t see Book—he’s not about continually making something out of nothing (Ian’s superpower). What jumps out about Tag is his incredibly tight throwing motion, his quick release, and his accuracy. That skill set is invaluable and often never develops for many good QBs.

People say he doesn’t have a big arm, but they must be differentiating between his velocity and his longest throws, because the ball seems to have zip to me.

I did not think that Grubbs or Jarrad were underrated, both of whom I liked (Jarrad better) but thought they got graded fairly.

Monds is also underrated IMO.

I’ll take a kid who has a light night release and attacks the middle of the field all day. Height is more of a NFL limiter. Lighting release and seeing the field are much more important.

Niemann Lawrence is shorter than Trey and nobody said anything about his height

"He's got incredible arm talent. We've had an unbelievable run of quarterbacks and he's probably got the most arm talent out of any guy I've ever coached."

That's sure how it looks like on the tape.
