Texas signed 3 high ranked WR’s last year I think that’s gotta favor us his path to early playing time would be sooner here
Agreed. Texas is a highly rated school and there is value in that degree. I don't know if Texas is a school where they play school or not.Hopefully that works in our favor but it’s not like it’s us or Mississippi St, he can still get a world class education at Texas if he wants
I think, in this case, you could be spot on.Kaydon was 5 when his Dad went down with the injury. Jermichael said that Kaydon talked to him on the phone after the incident and told him he didn't want him to play football anymore.
All that to say, that kind of semi-traumatic experience and having your Dad have to give up football because of injuries likely gives Kaydon some perspective. The value of the degree may be a significant factor.
Jermichael went back to Texas and got his degree a year ago.

“We've consistently felt that Texas would end up winning out against the Fighting Irish and nothing has changed coming out of the weekend after checking with sources.”

Yeah something had to change like Merck said I think we are finally giving some NIL money to HS kids but at the same time keeping current guys on the roster happy as well.I really want to know what was said between Freeman, Pete, and the NIL department. I can almost guarantee they wouldn’t have pulled through on this one last year.
