So you stopped taking it? I had read that it was a lifetime medication.
It might for someone with hard core diabetes and weight issues. Like people who are candidates to lose limbs and suffer the general body damage diabetes leads to.

For me I was able to get my A1C down from 6 to 4ish and I went from 265 down to 185. I’m now back up to 220 but it’s muscle and much less body fat.

I was able to get out of the diabetes diagnosis. I realize most people’s results are not typical to this.

Also they have take Mounjaro and rebranded it as a weight loss drug and it got approval last year. It’s literally the same thing but with a different name and much more easier to get prescribed as you don’t have to have a diabetes diagnosis to get it. Super expensive though.

Type 2 Diabetes (95% of diabetes) is reversible for most people. Unfortunately the vast majority of people never change their lifestyle. As diabetes progresses people can become insulin resistance (meaning your body doesn’t respond to naturally produced insulin). This can eventually lead to Type 3 diabetes (not officially recognized) also known as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

Carnivore mixed with intermittent fasting works even faster.
I'm lighter than I was in high school and all of my inflammation is gone.
I think intermittently fast by accident most days. Late lunch first meal of the day besides coffee.
