Just give me culture fits. The guys that "choose hard", as Coach Freeman has talked about. That's going to be the biggest thing moving forward regardless of this rapidly changed landscape. Gotta have guys that understand what Notre Dame is about and want that challenge. Guys that want to be pushed in every aspect of their college life.

Snagging two dude from North Carolina this early into the Belichick Tar Heel Era is pretty good, too. That's a a recruiting ground that is on the up and up in both terms of quality and quantity. Plenty of migration there over the years and the result is an upgrade in football talent.
