This has been an interesting story since last season. He's a 1000+ yd WR playing against a tough Indy schedule. Good basketball player too. Avg 10+ for the state champs... beat Mark Zackery in the Finals. Has Stanford, NW and Vandy offers. OV'd to NW already, going to Stanford soon. Got a Michigan offer and hasn't set up an OV with them but has OV's with IU and Purdue. Yeah, that makes me really like him.

So all of this and we haven't heard much about him. 247 Just put him at #52 Overall which is noteworthy but what is really important here is since sometime last Saturday, Mike Brown started following him. Brown's assistant... Mike Bearden has been following him a while.

As far as film... I didn't see an explosive or a guy with plus long speed but he's been laser clocked at 4.51 and he LG'd 23+ at the state meet.

Too much going on not to have a profile.

When I say lacks explosiveness or plus top end speed, I'm saying that as compared to a verified track star like a Tanook Hines.

There is no reason to believe Hall is not capable of becoming a productive member of the WR room or even the next TJ Jones.

There is a reason I was following him.

I'd say confidence level with him went from an 8.5 to about a 5.5 at this point.

This is exactly the pattern here. We did everything right from the jump and he has had ample time to say yes. Got one more visit coming up with him. These extra offers allow staff to say look now or never, shit or get off the pot.
