If the 6'3 height is accurate, is it possible that they don't want to have more than 1 short Tight End on the roster since they took Larsen in the '24 class?
Flanigan reminds me a lot of Cole Kmet from a size and athleticism standpoint. Cure is a freak. I’m very excited about the ‘25 TE boardThe staff loves Larsen and his ball skills. They liked him more than the taller tight ends that camped at ND. Flanagan and Cure are much better prospects than Schott
Better feel pretty good about Cure

But all the services are ranking him as a TE so something is off. So either TE is his best position or they're all off the mark (won't be a first). We're loaded at TE especially if we land Cure. Maybe we just don't have the need for another TE and that's where he's going to play in college.I like his film on the defensive side of ball better. Can never have enough pass rushing ends with his athleticism. Make the offer please!
Not going to lie, our son’s school played his team in the semi state this year and he was a good player but nothing wowed me. I realize we had Nitro Tuggle who was a top 100 recruit but I was more impressed with him on defense than TE.
I have no idea how the services list players who play both sides of the ball. Is it where they are projected at the next level or where they prefer to play? Anyone have any insight? But all the services are ranking him as a TE so something is off. So either TE is his best position or they're all off the mark (won't be a first). Yeah but 19 sacks isn't even 20.He led the entire state of Indiana in sacks last season.
They rank 'em based on who's recruiting 'em. So if they're ranking a guy at TE that's where he's being recruited at, at least by the majority of schools involved.I have no idea how the services list players who play both sides of the ball. Notre Dame, Michigan and Penn State taking a pass on an offer thus far. Interesting. Duke, Vanderbilt, Stanford offers.
He looks like someone who would go to Iowa and wind up being a multiple time All Pro in the NFL.
I've noticed he's had more tweets over the past month or so that were more related to national guys that ND isn't pursuing.is Tom Loy a national guy now?
