Since he's fairly local to me and I saw Wyomissing play this year, here's what I've got:

Good News:

1) Kid is the real deal on the field and in the classroom.

2) He blew up nationally this year. Wyo's stud O tackle is going to PSU but I think he's overrated and soft. Brewer is a tough kid.

3) PSU is always tough to beat here, but ND is always #2 in terms of fans and that 4.3 GPA comes from a very strong public school.

Bad News:

For those of us who remember 2012, this is the high school Alex Anzalone went to.

I have seen him play as well as they beat my son's team in playoffs.... he was huuuge out there and was solid but I never saw anything jumping out especially for how much size in comparison to what he was going up against him... and Def agree their 5* psu signee is severely overrated... again his size is the only thing

Williams the kid going to PSU is incredibly soft. In 2021 I watched him get bullied for 4 quarters by a 3 star d lineman who was going to Pitt.

Kid is going to know how to run block playing in that Wing T offense. I've seen them play Pottsville a few times through the years. He's a very tough lineman.

Was a great game in November. Couple buddies went to that game and said how good it was. Danville shot themselves in the foot to start I think they said?

they came out tight, didn't execute and got behind quick.....blanked them in the 2nd half and missed a game winning FG from 30+....it looked good from my angle, but i quickly saw the players reaction and then reality hit

Yesss. My buddy that went said it looked good to him too.

Brennan wins everywhere he goes. You’ve got a good coach.

Lot of stuff from Sinclair to like on both Brewer and NDs chances. Sounds this may go the way more of ND vs Michigan than ND vs PSU.

“Location doesn’t matter," O'Neil said. "Like, J’ven (Williams, PSU signee) was going to be a tough sell for just about anybody because he wants to stay close to his family. The number one thing for Caleb is not that. The number one thing for Caleb is academics. His dad is a doctor. With mom, it’s very important. They’re both very involved in his life, and academics are very, very high, and very, very important to him. Probably the number one on his priority list is going to a good academic school.”

I am really hoping this is a good sign. But before anyone gets too excited, Alex Analzone's dad was a doctor too.

Yep and he waxed lyrical about following in his dads footsteps and the strength of the UF Pre Ned undergraduate degree and what did he end up majoring in? Sports management 🫡

Nice to see that NIL doesn't appear will be an important lure for him, regardless of where he ends up (hopefully ND though).

Is being told that the number is three on the OL.

And that Knapp is being recruited as a tackle, not guard.

They are telling him they have one spot left on the outside, but are not trying to push him into a commitment.

IMO, he’s a plan B recruit.

I refuse to accept this as reality for now, lol.
