He visited the first weekend in April the day they hosted 2024s. Peter Jones, Cam Williams etc. Spent rest of spring and summer visiting others.

His rankings have taken a hit while his offers have continued to improve. Texas A&M offered a few weeks back and OSU offered in the spring. Odd.

My gut says that he's not at the top of the board anymore. ND has gotten a lot of traction with LBs who may be better than him. He's a wait and see IMO

I don’t think he’d be in attendance for the 26th if that was the case. I think many of the elite names you’d see penciled into WILL whereas Speca might be a MIKE target.

Interestingly Singer thinks ND still in a strong place but no longer leads. It’d assume PSU. After the 2023 cycle weirdly off sounds like we’re back at it with Penn State battles in 2024.

He talked a ton of Golden/Laurintias vs Diaz/Dan Conner which was pretty specific for a prospect to get into.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the staff has slowed their recruitment of him, of late. No info on that I would just think they might like other prospects more.

Agreed. I think he's a solid program prospect. And, at least at LB, I don't think we need to worry about those for the moment. I'd rather they focus on plus athletes even if they might not be the cleanest of LB evals, at the present.
