LMFAO remember when everyone was trying to convince us the safety position would be just fine without Bowen because we found a real diamond in the rough with Hillman?

One of the best stories of the 2023 class. The commitment documentary he put out really made me buy in on him, and I'll be rooting for him wherever he goes.
Sorry but for me, hard to feel that way about a kid who didnt handle his business, IF the speculation is accurate.

"Very few options on the table" per this article from 247:
That’s a reference to how few scholarship offers he had at the time of ND’s offer, not what his current situation is

Why would Freeman be upset at ND for this? He chose to recruit and accept the young man’s commitment. He either didn’t do the due diligence or he took a gamble and it didn’t pay off. This is on Freeman either way.

I would rather he be an NIL casualty than admissions casualty. This is so a 2012 ND issue not a 2023 ND issue.

If there were few other offers it almost seems that Freeman made the offer on the hope he could make it or didn’t due the proper due diligence?

Weird.

Lloyd said there is likely more to the story but academics are part of it. This is a weird one.

We deserve better than this.

I'm tired of getting cheated out of good recruits.

I thought he possessed impact player upside. Huge loss for the class. And, although I didn’t think he was a S long term if he was indeed viewed as a S recruit. S recruiting is looking rough over 2 cycles.
