Did I just become a bigger fan? How is that possible?

247 has stated that this and Freeling will likely come down head to head ND/Clemson battles.

Would be nice to get both.

Seems tough to get two Carolina guys who play the same position. I'll go Paige, either Absher/Freeling and then shove Jagusah inside.

I think Absher goes inside IMO. Paige is more outside than in IMO.

NC State wouldn't have been on there had Rees Sr & HH done their jobs... and yes Quinn dropped the ball when he took over too.

Nope.

I feel he & every OL that we think are in ND's Top 5 is headed to ND. I think the 4 guys who are this year's haul are simply the 4 who pull the trigger first.
And if we predicted who that would be now we’d guess:
Absher, Jagusah, Siereveld, Freeling?
Or are Paige/Okunlola closer than I think?

I really have no idea how it ends up. I personally hope Paige jumps a few guys.

It kind of feels like there could be some OL dominoes once the first guy jumps on board. Like mentioned, there are a handful that likely have ND as the leader and won’t want to kiss out once one or two jump in.

I think Absher and Jagusah could be by the end of the month. I don’t get the sense a third is in any rush

Hiestand really likes this guy. Rates him higher than most of the Rivals, etc. sites do.

Anna Hickey from the Clemson site says she feels really confident in Clemson getting his commitment after his latest visit.

I know in the past she was usually the first to know when kids were committing to Clemson. (Like with Shipley, she was there when he did his commitment edits at Clemson and he told her it was over & all the ND reporters were saying ND had a chance).
The ND sites all like ND. The Clemson site loves Clemson.
Interesting.

This is an exaggeration, the actual quote:

“After speaking with a source over the weekend, I like Clemson's chances most in the end here.”

The “most” is in the context of touching on each contender from his Top 3 announcement. She likes Clemson’s chances most of his top 3 contenders.

He also has the Clemson visit upcoming, not just happened.

It’s not an exaggeration.
Someone asked her a question & she answered she was “really confident” in Clemson.

I’m not seeing that post from her recent posts page if you can link it.

From Loy’s digging, it sounds like he’s giving the vibe to Clemson that he could pop at his upcoming visit this weekend.

Tate, Greathouse, Moore, Edwards and now Absher.... yikes
I'm not sure these are all the same. Therefore, I'm not sure a one size fits all, yikes is in order.

For example, I'm a big Absher fan. But, we can still get to a very good OL class without him in it. And, OL is the least need of a position on the entire roster after the last two cycles.

I haven't been concerned with the Tate recruitment for awhile. Therefore, I don't see many updates as overly negative. Personally, I've just discounted Tate being in the class already.

Moore is a slight short term disappointment with the potential for a massive long term upside or incredible downside. If there is a yikes that comes from these names, for me, it'd be if Moore ends up OV'ing to A&M and Miami. I think that leaves the door open for terrible news and impact on the class.

Does landing James have an impact on Greathouse? Do we get a visit? Also, with an arrow up on Gallagher how big of an impact would missing be here? I'm also very high on Greathouse but does a class of Hanafin (ATH), Gallagher, James, ?, and ?; look that much worse without Greathouse? I'm not sure it does.

I'm in the reserve judgement camp for both the positives but also the negatives with regards to recruiting right now. Let's see how this plays out through April and into May.
