Didn’t his mom tweet something a while back about a million dollar NIL offer potentially changing things?
No she made a joke about how a shit ton of money would turn anyone's head. But because this is a message bard that over analysis ever single thing, it got turned into "Keeley's mom is actively auctioning her child!!!!!"

Now I hope Keeley and Bowne stick but the constant visits are worrisome. Hope Freeman proves to be the X factor. Because in both cases, ND has things working for them in their recruitments.

If you're already veering/looking for a reason to potentially leave and then you go visit a program like TAMU and Bama, they're not going to disappoint you. It's not like the pool party is going to be a shit time and Saban is going to come off a a dick to the Keeley's. I expect the visits to be fun as hell and knowing those coaches and programs, they will knock it out of the park. I expect absurd picture sessions, cash offers, meetings with the cheerleaders, boyz time with already committed kids, celebs/NFL players reaching out, etc.

1) 1st commitment for the 2023 class.
2) Already visited Bama in the past.
3) Stayed committed through a head coaching change.
4) Seems like a personality fit.

I'm still a bit worried but not as much when you consider all of the above.

Those are all points that keep us warm and fuzzy, but when the big dogs like Alabama, OSU, Georgia are nearing NSD and want to add the final top pieces to their recruiting classes, they will really turn up the heat. Insane NIL packages are going to get thrown around at him and his family.

Bold of you to assume they haven't already been thrown at Keeley and his family lol

So once again…

It’s a 4 day visit?

Today through Sunday?

Has anyone ever heard of a 4 day visit?

If it’s truly a 4 day visit…it’s over.

I despise Alabama, but of all the programs in the nation, it’s probably the only with singular longstanding legitimacy. As long as Saban is the coach, they will year-in and year-out be a proven force and standard for NFL factory football. They win titles through a regimented program that simply puts players in the NFL. They also have tons of ka-ching and connects built up over decades.

In terms of football, Freeman and Notre Dame are truly exciting in terms of potentiality, but are a surprisingly less conservative choice than Alabama. It makes sense that an intelligent athlete like Keeley remains intrigued by all the enticements of a program run by Nick Saban.

Ultimately, the quality of education that Notre Dame has to offer, and belief in the football vision and promise of development that Freeman is presenting will have to win out for Keeley to stay true. At Notre Dame, he will set a unique and strong precedent for inducting the Freeman era with all the legendary promise that includes. An opportunity to be a force to ironically shift the program tide to elite at Notre Dame.
The other nice thing about Notre Dame is even if Freeman's vision flops...ND has a track record of guys being successful in the league.

Bowen is not in the same league of importance as keeley. If we lose Bowen it barely registers with me whereas if keeley left it could be shattering (not really but as far as this stuff goes).

Or "blood sucking leech" or "street agent" or now just "agent."

Some of the "representation" these days is taking 30% cuts on NIL deals and just pushing kids to sign whatever has the biggest guaranteed $$ up front.
Must get opinion from our recent resident street agent/sedrick irvin expert

Going on Saturday

This is why I’m confused.

Some say he is there today.

One Foot Down says,
“Keeley will be in Tuscaloosa from Thursday to Sunday on an UNOFFICIAL visit.”

On IB they are talking in the thread like he is there now, & others are saying today through Sunday?
But nobody is clarifying on there either?

I posted a video of Caleb Downs a day or so before he committed. In the video when speaking of Notre Dame (if I recall correctly) he mentioned relationships, and coach Freeman, etc. But at the end he said “And they just got their FIRST DB drafted”. That to me says that even though ND is a national brand, we still have a ways to go to be considered with the likes of the top 5 schools.

I can only imagine the conversations that these coaches are having when talking to recruits about ND. So even though ND is still relevant, many of these kids that don’t know or care about the past are looking at results.

Just gotta win, and win when it matters. As long as MF can field a competitive team and win against the big boys from time to time, everything will change. We may lose a few good recruits but I trust MF will take what he gets and do more with them.

Of all those I'd believe OFD the least. Interesting that Driskell is saying he's there right now though.

Yeah, he says he is there today, but maybe he clarified later on & I didn’t see it, but the very first thing he said was that he is there today.
So some sites saying today, some saying Saturday, and some saying all 4 days?

Nobody has officially came out & clarified the exact timing yet?

I guess not, but if he is at Bama for all 4 days....then yeah, I would consider him no longer part of the class today.

Anyone like like extremely thin crust pizza? Like so little it’s a bomb of cheese, meat, toppings, and sauce? I am a big advocate of thin as hell crust wood fired pizza. Less bread = more slices of the good stuff.
