A H-Back/Superback/Jumbo FB type sounds like similar thought process to Everhart to just get a different type of kid of the roster

This can all be collapsed into a thread I just figured Crusader was in the profile lab and would beat me on some of this.

Interesting offer in that it's on O. Sorta like a Ryan Nall with more shake. Great feet and when he plants, he's straight up field in a hurry. And of course if it doesn't work out it's off to Freeman's room. But seeing how he put his Hudl tapes together, he def wants to play RB first.

Tabaracci sounds a lot more Catholic than your normal Smith or Young, Utah prospect.

Man, Utah is LOADED this year with elite athletes that AREN'T already committed to one of the LDS-U's.

Looks like a thousand other average RB's. Maybe they're contemplating the use of a FB because that's what he looks like to me.

Looks like a Polian "special teams first" recruit, which is not crazy in the era of the transfer portal. If he accepts with the understanding he'll play right away on special teams and "eventually" on offense or defense he's more likely to stick around than tyhe average recruit who thinks he'll play as a soph.

Don't see an obvious role for him beyond special teams, however. Maybe MLB. We haven't used a FB since forever.

Sure we have. Last year. He may not have been lining up in a 3 point stance behind the guard but Tremble accomplished what a FB does on many many plays. TE/FB/H-Back/Superback call it whatever name.

Actually surprised ND hasn’t kept a H-Back cupboard with 1-2. OU comes to mind that always does. Jeremiah Hall is generously listed at 6’2 and I think north of 240

Berong is the closest ND has come to a pure H-back in a while i'd guess

I love bringing in the talented athletes. I'm all for it. Per ISD's write-up form yesterday he left his summer visit in love with ND. We'll see how far this goes.

He has a cross around his neck so he likely is not Mormon. Welcome.
