Clifford looked really good last night. Allar has the tools, but I'll withhold judgement at the moment. For the majority of the game, Purdue's D never got a decent pass rush going and both QB's had all time to throw.
Did we watch the same game? Don't let the narrative from the last drive sway you... he stinks. He threw one of the worst interceptions I have ever seen yesterday.

clifford is terrible. i lost count of the amount of times NFL draft folks bagged on him after watching Jahan Dotson's game tape. Like they basically were saying he was Dotson's Reggie Ball

I don't know how Singleton ended up doing, but glad to see Singleton got some PT. I could see him being PSU's starting RB.

He kind of looked physically unready. He was going down at first contact basically every carry. Allar looked very poised though. His arm talent is pretty obvious as well. I think he's going to be really good. The only caveat with him is he does not seem to move very athletically and could be accused of being a statue if he puts on much more weight.

I think he'll end up a decent RB but PSU's problem starts up front - they're OL sucks and has been their problem for the last few years. And most of their fans point to development as their recruiting of OL - although not off the charts - hasn't been that bad.

I think his peak is Kerry Collins.

This isn't meant to be an insult.

We are in the annual Clifford plays through injury. _____ days till it’ll be Allar?

Big brain move would be he’s gonna make Clifford suffer through the OSU game next week and the let Allar loose for the last 4 games which line up very easy

I don’t know. If Allar is good I can see them going 12-0. Very good offense.

Aside from potentially RB, which other position group does PSU have that should be better than OSU?

Skill position-wise OSU seems to have both experience + talent >>>> PSU.

The whole raping kids in the shower thing in the early 2000s, probably.
Wasn't it in 2007? I seem to remember Jimmy Clausen being fed to the Lions at Penn State in a night game. Man, that offensive line was brutal that year.
