I don't think On3 has some type of conspiracy against ND QBs, I just think they're genuinely awful at ranking the position overall. Grubbs isn't a Carr level prospect, but when the other 3 rankings have him between 8 and 11, and he just won QB MVP at a camp, your outlier rankings are probably bunk.

I would guess that their argument is "upside" and the fact that he's not a super mobile guy and doesnt have a rocket arm result in him being a 3 star despite his other obvious strengths.

He's appropriately ranked around ~125-150 to me.
