What the media should focus on, which they won't, is how good the ACC looked. The SECs best team, UGA, looked pedestrian against GT. Miami beat UF this year, a team texas lost to. A lot of this is right but I can’t get behind playing starters full games with the expectation of capitalizing on moments like these.

Context is king. Miami only won the way they did because they were in scramble mode. Similarly, Pitt did all they could to score a TD on us at the last second. Hopefully the committee sees it this way.

I don’t think football should come down to “style points all the time”. My dream scenario is we beat Stanford by 40+ tonight, the game ends with ND kneeing the ball at the Stanford 1, and MFMF calls it out that we took care of business in the postgame presser while alluding to all of the other late game nonsense today.
