That might give us some insight into how the staff views the pieces they have. Jagusah - guard first, if another tackle can emerge. Absher, competing to be next man in at guard. Lambert/Prescod competing for a starting tackle spot.

We'll need half a dozen or more practices to hear how the first two units are shaking out. We'll probably see a lot of movement if the past is any indication.

In my opinion, unless certain key personnel ( Knapp, Schrauth, Craig, Wagner) have very LONG lingering through fall/summer practice injury issues, these Spring mixes probably won't tell us as much as we'd like. They DO give Lambert and Prescod unusual chances to show if they might be better than Knapp and Wagner (and for Absher, whether he looks like an Earthmover to the point where him at guard and then, say Charles at tackle pushes the others out), but the staff already knows what some of these guys can do at more than one position (particularly Jagusah.)

I remember the clip we got a few years ago with Coach Tommy throwing alongside Buchner and Pyne, and how Tommy looked like Aaron Rodgers slinging it, while Tweedledum and Tweedledee stood there wondering how he did it. How great it is that we're where we are now.

I dislike Driskell as much as any and think he’s a massive prick, but, good for him for sticking to his beliefs. The vaccine mandate was such a crock of shit and I got the vaccinations (and begrudgingly the booster).

We’ll see …. I’d be willing to bet we get cooked in defense at least one game this year. I said it before, I think this is a massive downgrade from Golden. How some ND fans acquiesced into this hire is beyond me…maybe it’s just a notable portion isn’t truly serious about football.
