  • Kickoffs remain CST.
  • Jamey Chadwell Watch. I want Liberty to keep winning so this guy gets a P4 job in a few months.
  • I don't want Pat Narduzzi to keep winning, but I think he will against Syracuse.
  • Rutgers, please do your best Sopranos on Lincoln Riley, because I enjoy seeing him continue losing.

  • I'm not predicting an upset, but if the Illini can get a few breaks at Autzen...
  • Bama and Mizzou just lost a ton of shine
  • BYU is a slight favorite at UCF. UCF wasn't getting many points against The U earlier this year either. Hmmmm..
  • Will lighting strike twice for the Fighting Clark Leas?

  • Geaux Elkeux
  • The Post Andy Ludwig Era begins in Utah.
  • Miami should absolutely paste FSU. I hope that game is fun bad. So bad, it's fun to watch.
  • Penn State going to Madison should be a potential upset watch, but I really think they go up there and house the Badgers.
  • Keeping an eye on SMU at Duke.

The FCS Game of the Week. The Dakotas rule FCS, and it's still ridiculous there are two when we really only need one. At most.

The Coyotes are on a five game win streak since losing to Wisconsin. SDSU just lost 13-9 to North Dakota State. National implications here as well as conference.

I have very mixed feelings about teams stepping on the Tuesday night MACtion toes.....
I believe it starts up in November.

The MAC going to a Saturday schedule probably helps them with attendance, tailgating/atmosphere, revenue, etc. Something about Tuesday and Wednesday night college football just hits different, as fun as it can be for TV viewers.

Jayden Reed went on record on the St. Brown Podcast saying how much he hated it when he was at Western, the Tuesday night games. They don't play all of their conference games on Tuesdays in November, correct? Just a couple or three per week?

I get it from a viewership/money standpoint, but I agree for fans and players, not very ideal. Limited tailgate window after work, as you mentioned, and limits attendance, student athletes (and student section) have classes. not great. But I love it, sitting on my couch.

Since you left of their ranking of #20, it seems like you're definitely not predicting the upset, rather predicting their fall from the top 25 ;)

Wouldn't mind seeing one or several of Syracuse (Pitt), Washington (Indiana) or UCF (BYU) knock of the pesky unbeatens. Vandy could also do the Irish a huge favor with a home upset over UT, whose SOR is suddenly looking suspect...

Just yanking your chain, thanks for putting these together, fun thread. Another great week of games
Illinois is 92nd in total offense. They couldn't muster up much on the road against Penn State. I Don't think they can get anything out of Oregon.

10-2 is very much on the table for Illinois, however. The struggle with Purdue leaves the door open for them to get beat again, possibly at Rutgers.

I'm keeping a close eye on Wisconsin hosting Penn State. Penn State at #3 seems laughable, though they are undefeated and benefiting from attrition by those around them.

Feels like forever ago that Wisconsin got rolled by USC. They had pretty easy wins over Purdue, Rutgers and Northwestern since.

I think Penn State will end up winning. They're coming off of a bye after beating SC in LA. I still think Ohio State gets it done at State College.

I want absolute chaos at this point.

Congrats to anyone that bet the under on last night's games. Also congrats, you're a complete degenerate gambler, too.
Conference USA employs the forward pass and yet both games had baseball scores. Kind of two interesting games
