Is anyone watching this IU/UCLA game and watching them defend a defender who LAUNCHES and creates helmet-to-helmet contact as not being targeting? Meanwhile an IU DT who contacted the QB in the helmet while he bent over to pick up a fumble DID get called for targeting?

I’ve got no fucking clue what is or isn’t targeting.
