I could see them only taking 1 TE or maybe even just a hybrid guy. I would bet they feel pretty good about the depth behind Mayer and there is a lot of eligibility there.

Euro TE that works with Brandon Collier, same as Alexander Ehrensberger, was at Clemson’s Camp. I wonder if he’ll make the trip with Brandon to ND. Hopefully. Won’t post all but check out his other highlights as well. Was offered by Bama yesterday.

2023 4 star QB Tad Hudson is also throwing. Somebody is coming away with an offer from Rees. It'll be fun to see who it is.

Brendan Wyatt of DeMatha.

Has a best of 11.07 in the 100m and a 6.58 / 55m. Tyree was a 6.39 or so at that age.

RJ Mukes camped today. Dad is Roosevelt Mukes, the HC at Dayton Wayne (Wagner, Padilla, etc) Also coached both Freeman & Mickens.

Long ways to go but depth chart impact can also be recruiting board impact.

Tackles: Fisher, Alt, Baker, Johnson, Chan, Carmody (6)
Guards: Spindler, Tanona, Kristofic, Carroll, Dirksen (5)
Center: Correll, Coogan, Craig (3)

The bodies at OG are somewhat concerning didn’t expect that to be the case when reading. Especially since are we sure any of those last 3 are not only getting a 5th year but using it at ND? Schrauth would be nice and Craig may be able to swing to OG but gotta continue to stock up looking at 2023

Carmody, Chan and Johnson are all OT/OG swing players. We almost have enough players moving forward. Definitely need at least one more high floor/high ceiling guy in this class.

True, I know it seemed like Carmody had shots inside and BK had a somewhat definitive statement that he’d stay outside in the spring but if needed certainly wouldn’t lock that option out. Johnson I could see it. Chan I think someone you probably prefer not.

Fisher, Baker, Alt, Carmody, Chan is a solid 2 deep + Freshman

Spindler, Kristofic, Tanona, Johnson, Dirksen/Carroll? I think you reasonably assume one of Carroll/Dirksen is not back. That two deep leaves some to be desired. A 100% healthy and viable Quinn Carroll could change that picture quickly. Probably should have just tossed this in OL thread just the 2023 class came to mind first

Pretty amazing btw that ND got all except 3 of their offered OLinemen on campus in June. Pretty awesome stuff! Luke Montgomery I believe is being recruited as a DT this cycle. Anyway, very exciting stuff and I think as things continue to open up you'll see Quinn reel in a bunch of studs. He's great early on in a recruitment and now that visits are allowable he'll be able to have guys with multiple visits under their belts deciding which will be awesome! Very successful June!

He’s visiting for the 2nd time in a little over a month. Very good news on that front. From what I’ve heard and seen I think he’s a tough pull from Ohio State but you never know with Ohio linemen and Notre Dame. Hopefully ND can make a move because I love this kid
