I really can’t take On3 seriously.

In the spring they said Buchner outplayed Hartman.
Now they are saying Angeli outplayed Hartman.

Do they have Hartman mixed up with a walkon QB?

And who the hell out of Singer, Horka or the teenager new kid, is qualified to analyze football?
First you have Power giving indefensible rankings of Carr & KVA, now you have local unqualified idiots spewing nonsense.

What is that site doing?
Clix baby! Seems to be working.

The most exciting thing about that picture is wagner starting to look like he has an offensive lineman arms and not those of a point guard on the freshman high school basketball team.

Highschool AW, skinny little fella:

And here he is as a freshman with his tiny PG arms:

Staes has received praise from both II and IB. He looks really well put together. Hopefully he’s a problem this Fall. There’s that Stuckey drill again.

I think that’s something we Irish fans are going to have to get used to this year. Our past few QB were ultra worried about protecting the ball, and with Book, to the point of hamstringing the offense. I’m okay with risks and forcing a few things if it means more points on the board and downfield movement.
Feel like this was just Brian Kelly's scheme. Dual threat QB + run first offense, efficient passing game built on short, high percentage throws.

Full press conference from Golden. (Premium)

A couple that caught my eye.

On Josh Burnham’s transition to vyper:
”That is a physically great-looking kid. And now he’s in the 250s and he’s still lean and can run. He can play some end, he can play some vyper.”

On where he’d like to see Jaylen Sneed fit in:
”He’s the rover in base. He’s natural at that. He’s the will in our 4-2 nickel and then he has the ability to pressure or to line up on the edge on third down. That’s really what he does. We’re trying to get him going in those things, and really at the end of the year, that’s what he did for us. He was awesome.”

Except he wasn’t awesome and didn’t know what he was doing or looking at vs South Carolina … had 2 busted plays pretty close together and didn’t come back in

Has anyone conceded that JD Price’s recovery is on the remarkable category?

Obviously the PG arms comment was made in jest, but this is a guy that looked like a 255 lb edge rusher last year, not a bookend left tackle. The above picture I referenced, it was clear he added some bulk.

You just look for anything negative don’t you
Orrrrr you just like to identify posters negative comments

Where’s all your replies to my super positive comments on Hartman, oline, rbs, corners, etc.

Goldens comments were such coach speak to build him up … always annoys me

Coaches are second to politicians with saying a bunch of words without actually saying anything. It’s quite impressive actually.

Fair enough bud. Sneed may have made a couple mistakes, but his athleticism and play was definitely more good than harm.

Seriously? You're annoyed by coach speak, yet you follow ND football regularly? You should be used to it by now. We know enough about coach speak to take everything coaches say with a grain of salt. We don't need you bitching about it again.

As for your "super positive" comments, I honestly don't give a crap.

It's not that people are just dissecting and finding the rare negative gems. You post like this EVERYWHERE. This isn't a little here or a little there.

His grandfather played for Notre Dame, whose daughter, Max’s mother, graduated from Notre Dame. Max wanted to go to ND.

Could have sworn that he was a MSU legacy. I think all three brothers went to MSU.

Or maybe it was the Allen Brothers that were MSU legacies. Both of whom were MSU starting centers during the 2010s.

Why didn’t he? I remember ND recruiting him and him picking MSU.
