Wisconsin’s defense looks stout but that offense is trying to live off misdirection and Mertz is making some cringe-inducing decisions with the ball.

Wow, wiscy missed field goal from the 7 yard line 0-0 still. Both QB's havent looked great, both D's came to play.

UW is pushing PSU around on the interior except when PSU shoots a gap. Gonna be a important game for Hinish and company

Wiscy fumbles on the 8 yard line PSU recovers. 0-0 5:00 left in 2nd Q. It seems like wiscy has been having 1 big play followed by 2 bad plays all game

Maybe Singleton and Schrauth will both commit to us after this game.

Well, Singleton can’t be excited about the OL play he is seeing. Wisconsin is shredding PSU’s front (and if we get to choose I would rather have Saunders anyway).

I wouldnt say shredding. They've been good but inconsistent. It feels like PSU has had at least 5 TFLs so far.

I've been switching between games, but my impression is that Wisconsin's OL looks good in run blocking, but give up a lot of space in pass blocking.

Any else thinking Wiscy may have picked the wrong QB? Mertz not impressive. Put Kyle H on the TE and their offense is limited to TB runs.

NW is visibly less athletic than LY. D specifically but O too. Kenneth Walker was always a good back for Wake but he’s blowing past these guys. Not many games in last few years where NW was the weaker of the two in both trenches either. Might be a long year.

Paddy Fisher held that D together they miss him big time.

8 guys in the box and PSU has shot a couple gaps and padded by QB sneaks, bad handoffs and FB dives. Getting shredded overall

He completed two bombs to wide open receivers on blow coverage but other than that he has been butt. Both teams have kind of been butt. Mellusi and Mertz both look like just a guy so far too.

Oklahoma is sort of struggling with Tulane. 37-22 late in the 3rd is a lot closer than you'd expect from the #2 team.

Is this wisky/psu team two great defenses battling or two mediocre teams stinking it up. I really can’t tell. I just know it’s like watching a pitchers duel in a local minor league baseball game

Anyone feel like these B1G refs aren’t ready the few times PSU tries to go tempo?

What is that, four deep balls that Wisconsin has been very susceptible to?
