This not an indictment on our staff's ability to close in the last week or so, but overall I'm disappointed with the class.

We're on our 4th year of 10+ wins, with 2 undefeated regular seasons sprinkled in, and our 2nd trip to the CFB playoff.

According to 247, 14 of our 25 commits are 3 stars. We have a lower per/player average than Michigan. This level of class is on par with any other year.

Maybe the 2022 class will be the big one but it seems like it's always "next year".

On the bright side, Michigan does literally nothing that matters with that higher recruiting average. Those kids will lose by 30 to Ohio State for each of their four-five years in the program.

while i get your point, the reason is simple...We have a KICKER signed and a 3 star qb as a second qb who a bringing the avg down...yes we have a couple of other 3 stars but they were low on the ranking of 3 stars

It seems like we go over this every year. We get these comments every year and every year a lot of people are refusing to accept how somewhere in this group are going to be top guys that weren’t rated as such. Barton Simmons literally compared Kollie to JOK, who he didn’t even rate as a 4 star prospect. Why in the world do we treat these ratings as gospel.

Drew White, JOK, Clarence Lewis, Hinish, Ade, MTA, Skow, Kiser, Marist, etc. we could do this all day.

No reason to think that guys like Barnes, Alt, Tucker, Onye etc can’t be similar.

It would be nice to have at least a 5* every year but what we need is more than 4 top 100 players. while yes that's good if we want to stay where we are and improve that has to happen.

Still waiting on a RB, smh. This class has some dudes but you'd think our brand would start bringing in a couple stud 5* per cycle at some point.

We already knew about the Diggs situation, so really no drama.

Need to keep on some of the uncommitted big names, and focus on the portal IMO.

RB, even if we don't get one, will be fine the next two years as long as we don't strike out next year.

I think a transfer back would be for depth, not impact. Recruit impact, transfer depth. Basically replace Smith via transfer.

Did TMA come to light and realize he could be the next Gillman? I don't think Jaden Slocum has signed with Stanford yet. I just can't believe it would be Wright.

After looking, Titus hasn't signed with anyone either.
