Clark Lea will have a more efficient defense than Elko this year.

1. Wimbush is pulled from the Michigan game and Book gets the win. Wimbush still starts game 2.
2. Tillery leads the team in sacks and is 2nd team AA.
3. ND is undefeated going into the USC game.

Book will play the most minutes at QB this season

The coldest of takes. But Julian Love and Jerry Tillery at least are living up to the hype.

Tell me what you expect this fall and/or make a bold prediction. I just watched some of the spring game and decided to throw a couple out there as I was watching:

1. Alohi Gilman will remind us of healthy Matthias Farley
2. Frosh WRs will combine for 8 TDs
3. Tight End will be used to the tune of 700+ yds receiving collectively and 9+ TDs

We're at 508 yds collectively and 6 TDs. A very small chance with the bowl game to make this come true.

Frosh WRs have gotten a taste but not nearly what I expected.

Gilman has been spectacular.

In the thread that we all took a shot at predicting our record this year, I (tongue and cheek) said we go 11-2 losing our last game to USC and our bowl game and send our board into meltdown. In truth I had no idea what we were in store for this year. MY GOD I HOPE I WAS WRONG like so many of my predictions!!
