Lax, I should punch you in the nose! I have been waiting for over a dozen picks watching him get passed over. Just salivating at the thought of getting Hill in the 2nd when he is 1st round talent. I get 1 pick away, and you rip my heart out! Congrats on the pick.

Carolina will consider Brandon Thompson, the DT from Clemson here. They will consider Stephen Gilmore, the CB from So. Carolina here also. Finally, if Jeremy Shockey retires as is expected, they may look at Orson Charles, the talented TE from Ga. But the DUI arrest this week hurts him.

Carolina will select CB Stephen Gilmore to help a secondary who had trouble last year. Considered a late 1st round talent, the value is there, and the need is there.

Haha sorry brother.... I was also surprised he even made it out of the first round. I think he and Alshon Jeffery are both steals as early first type of guys.

With the Rams drafting in this slot now and also having the #6 pick.... I wonder if they go Justin Blackmon AND another WR? Considering they have 3 picks in the top 39 it wouldn't shock me unless there was a defensive player they really like.

With RG3 off the Board at #2, I think the Browns may go Blackmon at #4. The Rams would love to have Claiborne there at #6, but I think Tampa Bay gets him at #5. So I think at #6, they likely go BPA which will be Defense.

Edit: Forgot Trent Richardson would still be on the board. I know they have Stephen Jackson at RB, but adding Richardson would give them 2 very solid backs to split some time and carries and stay healthy and fresh. These days, that seems to be the trend. I know it words for Carolina, Giants, and others.

Yeah, I kinda think they end up with whoever is available between Claiborne, Richardson, and Blackmon. I agree with you that Cleveland takes either Blackmon or Richardson at #4.

Anyone want to make the Bills selection for Mr McGibblets? Multiple PM's, no response.

Bills could use more CB help. Jamell Flemming CB from Oklahoma is still available. He is considered a late 1st round talent, so good value for the Bills here.

I must say, that pick was pure genius! Man making that pick should be retained as a GM at a salary of $500K/yr to start.

The Miami Dolphins select Ryan Tannehill QB Texas A & M. Like I said before- if Manning and Flynn sign elsewhere he is the Dolphin's first round pick.

Damn! There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best pick of the draft so far! Hands down!

I was wondering if anyone else noticed that he hasn't gotten drafted yet, I was going to take him at the end of the second round for the 9ers.

Great pick Mr. Larson!

I tried posting for 2 days. It kept telling me internal server erro and I couldnt even PM.

I would have taken Zebrie Sanders. I had an explanation but it isnt worth it now.

See the server knew you were going to pick a player from FSU and wouldn't allow it

Well, since on other OT was selcted since then, I think we should go ahead and make the change to show the pick at Zebrie Sanders. Is that agreeable?

The Hawks have huge needs at QB-Tavaris. Please!!, LB, And DE.

With a DE taken in the first round, DE Red Bryant resigned that is taken care of. The linebacker position is a need now with a FA David Hawethorne and LeRoy hill may not be. Coming back. But all 4 LBs are taken, as well as the top o linemen, the hawks will panic and take Kirk Cousins here

The top brass for the hawks can't evaluate Qb's, Tavaris, trading a 3rd round pick and dropping down 20 picks in the second round for Charlie Whitehurst, and passing on QB's in two straight drafts there isn't too many other choices here.

Why would you reach for Cousins, when there are three QBs rated higher on the board?

The Cowboys will be looking at inside linebacker here, Audie Cole NC State is the best option here, at 6'4 this kid has great size, and depending on what happens in free agency, we might need him to start.

The Eagles select DT Kendall Reyes of UCONN. Eagles need to bolster the inside of their line and Andy Reid loves to take lineman early. Reyes has very good athleticism for his size and could end up being a steal in the second round.

Anyone care to make a pick for the Jets? OSU Domer (it makes me queasy to write that together) has apparently gone AWOL.

If someone's a SD fan feel free to make their second round pick I am not very familiar with their needs at this point.

I'll take it. Chargers need some LB help. They will take Mychal Kendricks or Cal. He is really starting to move up the Boards and is now good value here.

Oops! I dont think it was the Chargers pick yet. Think Rhode Irish was up for the Pats pick. Sorry. Saw the post about needing someone to make the Chargers pick, and just jumped in there. My bad.
