Offered back in June. Never got a profile built.

He's been my favorite 2019 player since I saw his Soph film. This is ND's Phil J for '19. He is the best player for them to land this cycle.

He may not be rated as high as Harrison or Thibodeaux but that film says he's better. I'd put him at #2 OA behind JT Daniels but ND doesn't need JT.

ND got in early and they need him worse than any other team.

Micah Parsons is 6'3'' 241 and will start out as an OLB for him to see the field his freshman year, but word is he's going to move to his preferred WDE spot when the opportunity presents itself by the starter graduating.
