Bill Kurelic: Next Sam Hubbard for Ohio State Buckeyes? RB target looking for more offers?

Plays Roverback in HS. Lines up at Mike. Very much like Brian Urlacher did in the Bears version fo the Tampa 2.

Was credited with 195 tackles in 14 games.

Film does not blow me away athletically BUT age for age, every reminiscent of a HS soph named Jeff Samardzija. Kurelic compares him to Irish escapee Sam Hubbard.

Dad was a pretty good TE at Bowling Green.

Visited ND for the Stanford game last season.

1971 unless they went undefeated in 1970 when they shut down the program. YES, I Googled it. I knew they didn't have a program when I was in college or they would have played Valpo.

When it comes to Ohio kids, you have to give it your all. You are one false step by the Buckeyes away from being the top choice of many kids in that state and with Urban going nationwide in his recruiting, some top notch kids are going to get left out.

Take Danny Davis from Springfield. A Rivals Top 100 in '17. A 6-3 WR with offers from Duke, NW, PSU, Oregon, Neb, Louisville, MSU, Duke, NW, Iowa, WV, not to mention... Duke & NW. OSU passes and ND is right there to snag him in a year where they were desperate for WR's at the end of the cycle and... BAM!

They never offered and he chooses Wiscy. Has 6 rec for 150 yds and a TD through his first 4 games.

I agree, but when you spend money to pimp out your car like that. It's not like it was a golf bag. Wait seems I recall something about a recruits ND truck. lol

Got a random OSU CB from a Michigan analyst (who's the only CB not to ND for LK3) and realized that everyone that matters is in on Stover to OSU which is no big shock. If he doesn't make Junior Day next week we can unsubscribe until Urban possibly recruits over him at OLB/DE, which I doubt he will or even can do. He's gonna be a good one.

Classic case of the all too common second hat finish but they can't back down.

They need to claim the "Other School" crown statewide in Ohio and present themselves as Team #1 when they go into the state's Catholic football factories.

If CFB recruiting was horse racing, ND would probably be the sports leading money winner because they place & show in most races they enter.
