Most likely an entry error at 247. He received an offer from Northwestern yesterday. Someone checked the wrong box. Just checked, it's still up.

Same sorta thing happened with George Karlaftis.

ND was the only team he camped at and unofficially visited last season.

You guys know how many 2019 OL have offers from ND?

Zero.

There was a post on ISD over the weekend saying HH wont be offering anyone from the 2019 class until May. I'm guessing he prefers to focus on developing his players in spring practice and does his evals for recruits when spring ball is over and he has more time.

I'm guessing HH isn't a fan of the accelerated recruiting trend and doesn't like offering kids when they're super young.

Per 247 at AA check in, after visiting ND twice and not getting an offer he completely shut down communication with the staff. Weird recruitment, sounds like he had a big ego and felt disrespected by no early offer. Had negative things to say about Kelly from what he “heard” from other people... makes sense on the heels of ‘16. This all transpired before the 2017 season,

When I read this last night, I remembered an Illinois HS message board conversation I came across where they were talking about ND offering Hunter Woodward in '17. The posters made reference that it was surprising Woodward had little interest in the ND offer (he was an OK ST Commit) when everybody in that area of central illinois knew Putnam was locked up to ND as soon as they offered.

He's a good looking prospect but hard to worry about what you missed at this point when ND hauled in who they did this class.

Sometimes it's not too difficult to spot a WKG from 30,000 feet.
