Well, here's a pic of Nathaniel Kalepo & Julius Buelow together at the UW camp this weekend and Kalepo is 6'5''-6'6''. Buelow definitely has an inch or two on the kid. Doesn't help that they are leaning against a wall lol, but Buelow is a big kid between 6'6''-6'8'' I'd say.

always get the sense MTA is one of the best dudes on the roster from a recruiting point of view. recruits/teammates/parents always rave about him. It will be criminal if ND does not establish a solid Poly/HI pipeline while he is on campus, its nice that Polian is there too to make it happen.

I think it could one of those things where Vimahi is better right now, but Rouse has more updside.

I think Vimahi's future is going to be a conversion to guard, like Nelson. He can play tackle, but he's at his best when he can just maul guys in the wash. Vimahi is much better than Buelow, though, especially in the immediate future. Buelow needs at least two more years to develop, in my opinion.

Solid game in pass-protection against Punahou, meh against the run. Punahou was crushing Kapolei at the half, so the backups were in for most of the 2nd. He was bullying the much smaller guys, but he has a tendency to get lost in the wash and end up looking around.

This kid will be best off playing for someone like Oregon. He's not strong enough to maul someone head on, he needs the stretch angles.

I tell you who to keep an eye on: Vincent Tyrell, the Punahou RB. That kid is going to be special. Can we start a new thread for him?

Kapolei moved him to the right side in their game versus St. Louis, so that he could go against Tuitele. That didn't work out too well.
