Yes and no. Quinn Carroll is the Tackle/Guard. If they get Saleem (which they won't now) they would take Rouse who I would say is similar to Quinn, but could potentially play LT.
Whether it’s four or five, the point is the same. We’re stacked at OL this class, and either we’re telling him we’re full or he’d rather go someplace with a bit less traffic on the road to playing time.
If it’s the former, then at least the coaches have some control over the situation and can keep working him if they want to.

Look at 24/7's retrospective review of rankings/draft position based on measureables. It's fascinating it doesn't bode well for non-athletic linemen. Really poor 40 times are a negative indicator.
