Plays with Grant Gunnell who is the #3 QB in the 2019 class and Jacob Jefferson who is a 3star WR that unofficialed to ND this season. He holds offers from Northwestern and Rice.

Jackson is also I highly rated CF prospect that plays travel ball for Adam Dunn's team. Will get drafted.

Told 247 that he was brought to tears when his coach gave him the news of this offer. His mother was as well. Sounds like we should be a player for him and getting in early will have a positive impact.

Like Crusader mentioned above, he's also getting looks for baseball and, as of today, wants to do both at the next level.

Really interested to see if they move on Grant Gunnell. Had nearly identical stats (@5000 yds / 65 TD's / 70% C% in just 12 games) as JT Daniels but he's 6-6. A lock to be a 5 star.

They offered Grants brother (Will Gunnell), a 2017 WR, a PWO spot. Speculation is they end up at the same school. Both plan to visit ND in the spring. Wonder if this will be what sparks an offer for Grant.

One of my buddies back in Indiana left a message on Facebook that BK calls him everyday and that him, his QB Grant Gunnell and the Texas TE (Austin Stogner I'll assume as they're all from Houston) are going to visit this summer. That's exciting news. I have no idea where he's pulling that from, he subscribes to all the sites.

They're other teammate, '18 WR Jacob Jefferson committed to Northwestern. That's a good sign.

It's from Scout. Hears form BK pretty much every day. Focused on watching Hunter last year and loved the football/baseball option. NSD announcement

Told Sinclair that he's "definitely" taking an OV, and would have a "50% chance" of committing to Notre Dame if he started to hear from our baseball coach.

Do we know what schools are offering him both sports? I remember him saying that there would be like a 50% chance of him committing if he heard from the baseball team. I guess we have to like our chances now.

Not sure on which schools have offered for both. The article says he is only "considering those that will let him do both, which is about every school his is considering." ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Seems like that line was written by someone from the Department of Redundancy Department. Maybe he meant every school that has offered for football has offered for baseball?

Half of the Top 20 college baseball schools have offered him in baseball and football.

Not me.

I think he stays down south for baseball. Read a Texas analyst tweet last week where his commitment date has more to do with baseball than it does football.

I think it's Geordon Porter and if/when they give up on ASB, they shut it down at WR.

Some are in love with Keys from NOLA but ND gets little to no mention in regional write ups on him. I love his film though. If they have to have a 4th, I'd like to see them go after Wisconsin commit Isaac Guerendo from Avon. ND had him in camp over the summer and he ran a 4.38 40. Soon after the B1G's started recruiting him and he committed to the Badgers. He's just as fast... if not faster than Porter and expected to put up big numbers this year. Had 6 rec for 160+ yards last night.

Our Canadian friend had a good interview with Keys recently. ND is all over him, especially Coach Long, and he's taken notice. LSU is the obvious favorite but he plans on visiting ND this fall so you never know.

Missed the part about him leaving St Pius X and #2 '19 QB Grant Gunnell for Kingwood Park HS.

That's purely a baseball move. St Pius baseball isn't very good but football IS good... and Kingwood Park plays the north suburban big boys... pretty good in baseball but horrible in football. Though he said in an interview it was about Pius X raising tuition.

FWIW, when he sent out the announcement to transfer, he was 5 minutes from LSU's campus, one of the schools that is recruiting him for both FB and BB.
