Just my opinion, we started off the 18 class insanely impressive and it seems that has slowed down quite a bit lately. And I am just your everyday Irish fan, I doubt I am ever going to have any inside info to contribute to the board. Just some lame comments here any there which I seem to be good at.

In 2010 they had 29 seniors sign college scholarships to play football.

Broke through the P5 barrier today with K State and Iowa St offers. Also added a Marshall offer today.

Now a 3 star CB on both 247 & Rivals.

The 40 may be "ok" when compared to average across all college corners but as small as he is you can't be avg or worse in speed, cuz then ur just a small slow guy who is going to get targeted by opposing O's.

Agreed. At ND's level, to go after a sub 5-10 CB they have to have something else that stands out: Quickness/speed, Ball/cover skills, sleeve/wingspan, a honey badger streak... something that overcomes them being just the small, slow guy you point out.
