he's anything but slow---He runs a 10.5 100-meter dash


this has been in the works for sometime by the staff...trying to get him/family to come to echoes...if he does-likely ND--247

Ran a 4.5 flat at the Dallas Opening regional. Denton's basically a suburb on Dallas' northside. Obviously, there are P5 athletes at every school they play.

An important note here is that it's stated in 247 that he runs a 10.5 and it translates into football speed. Some guys run crazy 40's/100 m's but don't show it on the football field. Apparently this kid does show it on the gridiron. I'd be pumped to add this kid's speed to our roster. Go IRISH!!

Can he fair catch punts like Davonte Neal?
Can he run routes that have zero chance of him ever seeing a target like CJ Sanders?

IDGAF anymore about how great of an "athlete" a recruit is until Kelly actually finds a way to put the ball in the hands of a playmaker. And chucking the rock up 5 times a game for Will Fuller isn't the same thing.

i have a feeling it will be for the defensive side.....the eval i have on him which i am not allowed to post is done on the def side....it is glowing regarding his willing to come up and tackle, coverage skills/range and football iq

Hopefully the defense won't be so complicated that Stephen Fucking Hawking couldn't figure it out.

If the bolded is true, 10.72 in the 100m is a complete package. Pretty fast, high IQ, and great tackler, sign me up.
