"Brick Walls" doing work on the recruiting trail.
No mention of "free hats and coats" though!

A little background. He's Former Bears DT Tommie Harris' nephew and lived in Chicago until going to Iowa for prep school.

Being from Chicago give ND a great chance but if you watch the video you will know not to get your hopes up.

From his Twitter account it's easy to see he's a Bears fan so I'll be rooting for him!

Just read some other reports that he isn't related to Tommie Harris... Has decommitted twice from Iowa. Left Notre Dame Catholic in Niles after his freshman year, moved to Janesville, WI with Mom then left to go to RURAL, no competition, NE Iowa.

He passes the eye test but the story doesn't pass the nose test.

I'd be legitimately concerned about this kids health. Based off of that first pic
I'd say he's closer to 400 than 350.

This is incredible. 7 months after transferring, he’s heading back for an OV. This has to be made up

Juan is a good kid, he’s unfortunately never had the proper guidance. Growing up in the hood without a father in his life until there was something to be gained. Sadly every adult in his life had an angle. Everyone mettled in his life and tried to steer him in their direction, every since Juan was young (he was never little) he had adults postering themselves for their own gain. It’s been a sad thing to watch and sadly it only seems to get worse. Football is Juan’s only chance but it never had to be that way, he’s an infectious fun loving personality who can light up a room. Juan is also very intelligent and caring although no one ever pushed him toward academics or even pushed their value. It saddens me to see what his journey has become, sometimes I wish he could get as far away from his “family” as possible but they’ll never leave his side until they realize they can’t get anything out of him. I pray for Juan that he can find happiness, I don’t care if it’s football related or not.

First things first. I'm trying to read with the odd ESPN commercials as background music. Please don't do that with eckridge farm commercials.
