Declared for the NFL Draft...

Maybe the kid is just done with college football? Probably could have been a starter at OLB for a low P5 team / G5 program if he wanted.

Can't blame a guy for not wanting to come back for a 6th year.

He might feel it's time to move on with life whether the NFL works out or not.

Good luck to Isaiah! Loved his energy on the field and hoping he can stick it out in preseason and a camp.

I wish there would be more stories like this, The guy didn't get much, if any, NIL money, and get certainly got "paid"

Yeah Isaiah was auto-admitted to 2 top 100 schools, has 3 degrees, and saved $300k+ in tuition / room & board (not counting premier athletic training) despite not really being an impact player at either school. This is the other side of the "Pay the players" argument that journalists don't want to touch. The majority of players get more out of the school than the school gets out of the player.

Wishing nothing for the best for Isaiah. He certainly made the most of his athletic talents short of making the NFL.
