That absolute beat down he put on Blake Barnett was chicken soup for my bruised soul after Barnett de-committed.

Would've been Irish had BK not been born with his running QB fetish. Hard to look back and realize ND offered SoCal megastars, Matt Fink and Malik Henry then settled on Book.

After 1 whole game, he owns (all?) of the SEC single game passing records.

If I replace Swarbrick, Pirate and Lea will be your Co-HC's. This is my promise to you.

He sure looked good today. But what would his numbers have been and what would the outcome of the game have been if Stingley hadn’t been a last minute scratch? Stingley jr shuts down half the field.

On a side note LSU is stating Stingley’s hospital visit is not covid related. Are we buying that? Or is this just an SEC team brushing a positive corona virus under the rug so they don’t have to stop football operations.

Talk about a resurrection for this kid. He was left for dead under Shaw.

I was glad to see it. Good for him and for shaking up the SEC West which Bama and LSU dominate with some Auburn and A&M mixed in. Ole Miss, Miss St, and Arkansas almost have to cheat to upset that apple cart.

Oh and the overreaction kings at ESPN - after beating an over ranked AP #6 (with one first place vote from a local writer) LSU, which was #10 in their power rankings, they moved Miss St from unranked to #8 (because unranked beats #10, therefore they have to be higher after, right?)

Miss St and Costello look the part of spoiler, but in the SEC, when one loses, they must have under estimated the opponent, the favorite is hardly overestimated. Miss St only received 6 total votes in last weeks AP. Overall. Good for 33rd and behind Arkansas St by 14 points...../end rant

Stanford has wasted a remarkable amount of 5 star / high 4 star QB talent over the last 5+ years. Mix of David Shaw and bad skill players? Just image if these guys panned out.
