Put me on the list of being a huge fan of Chris's. As of now, #1 TE on the board for me.

Bumped to TE #4, Overall #169 on 24/7 Rankings.

Thank makes him the Composite #3 TE and #125 Overall player in the country. An elite TE I really hope is in our class.

Saw that Shannon Terry (24/7 CEO) and Kipp Adams (24/7 National Recruiting Insider) both recently put in CB's to ND.

Would but really pumped if Chris is an early addition to the '15 class. Elite TE prospect and a great kid.

Is there any associated article to this tweet? Unless we decided to slow play him/pass... which would be really freaking stupid of the staff but possible... that's the only way I could see this possibly developing the way described.

Perhaps he's honored to receive an offer from his Uncle's alma matter, and nothing more than that?

I mean, if I had no interest in a school, and my family member passed away and I received an offer from them, even if I had no interest at all, out of respect I'd say I was overwhelmed by the offer and very honored.

Anyway, all this speculation about who's leading is silly at this point. Whether we're leading or outside of his top 5, he hasn't visited yet and that can change everything.

It's like going to a car dealership with a top 5 in mind, without having test drove the cars yet. You see some pics online and you think you know your favorite, but you have to actually sit inside, drive the car, and hear the pitch as to why it's the best car for you. I can't imagine how confusing it is for a high schooler.

I guess my point is, unless there's legit love for one school, I don't see the point in a top 5 pre-visit and IDC if we're outside of his top 5 as long as he's here on March 29th and gets to test drive.

If you get to a point where you're so far out that you're on the bubble of the top 5 and you might not get a visit, that's when there's reason to worry. But he's visiting, so personally, IDC what his top 5 or anything else is at this point. It's all about the V!
