New QB with new coach. They could being it to mid range Big 10. Not sure they will ever pass OSU, UM, MSU, Wisconsin, PSU or Nebraska.

They did it with Ron Zook, so they can do it with Tim Beckman. Tim Beckman is a fantastic coach.

I love what Beckman has done so far, and this is a huge recruiting coup. I hate making comparisons to zook, but his early recruiting successes were awesome, and they all started with Juice. Let's hope this time Beckman can actually develop them.

I am actually even happier about this because ND isn't losing anything; already got a stud in Zaire.
