YouTube - The Barry Sanders Jr 2010

This video says it all....

He's only had two years of high school football and he is already looking like he's ready for College football...

Barry Saunders Jr might pull a Ken Griffey Jr by actually surpassing his dad's awesomeness.

Did Barry Sanders hate playing at OK St.?

Could be tough to lure him out of state. I'll keep all my fingers and toes crossed though

I lived in Oklahoma when Romine committed to the Irish. All the sports talk folks were sayinig no way he goes out of state and if he does he is going to Tennessee. Well, that worked out well for the Irish. Also the Brooks brothers were from Oklahoma if I remember right.

Wouldn't it be awesome to have the son of B. Sanders as our feature back! WoW!!

From Tulsa, as were the Wisne brothers about 10 years later.

That would be a huge get. Not just because of his talents but his name Wouk also bring alot of media to notre dame. We need to start getting the big names to come back and have the country watching.

Would love to see him playing for the Irish, but seriously doubt he leaves the state of Oklahoma. We'll see what happens, a lot could happen in two years.

I don't know if lightning strikes twice, but man I'd be willing to take that chance. His Dad was amazing to watch both in college and the NFL. Simply amazing. Best ever in my opinion.

Highlight video is showing alot... i mean alot... of catches out of the backfield. Kids got hands. Only 2 years of HS football... he is already looking like he would be a perfect fit for Kellys offense. Just leaves one to wonder if he can block as well.

Like his dad, Barry Jr. acts like he has been in the end zone before. Scores and gives the ball to the official and starts off the field.

Barry was a very shy person in general. Nothing to do with respect or manners rather more with modesty

Sanders Sr. and Walter Payton

Sanders Sr. and Walter Payton

Without a doubt, the two best NFL backs in my lifetime have been Sanders Sr. and Walter Payton. (I am 46.) It is a shame that Sanders Sr. never got in a Super Bowl.

I hope his talent isn't wasted on a poor team like his dad's was.

Can we offer him an official visit for the game in Dublin?

seriously though, Barry's the best natural running back I ever saw... his character made him ten times better.

Scout.com: It's Just Barry
This scout article gives me some hope... I would love to see this kid play for ND. Seems like he is a very smart kid. I also like what he has to say about being humble, just sounds like an amazing kid.

Kelly NEEEEEEDS to get in touch with Sr. and get him on campus and around the program a bit.
Those videos are of a High School Freshman and Sophomore.
He'll probably win 2 more state championships there before heading off to college.
This guy could be a Reggie Bush type player on the field.
