From today's paper:

A.C. Flora offensive lineman Kenneth Page (6-3, 290) plans to be at Clemson tonight for an unofficial visit. He was scheduled to watch USC Saturday night. Page has set an official visit with Notre Dame for Oct. 19 and has said he plans to set one with Stanford. He also is considering North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia Tech, Florida, Maryland and Tennessee.

Based off the latest things I've heard I don't see how ND won't get at least one of these guys, and now I'm leaning toward ND getting both, especially Page.

Seriously, I hope you are correct GG. I was so sick after the game I didn't even want to get on here, luckily I had to work the rest of the weekend and I finally get on here tonight and there is tons of great news!!! Mike Floyd!!!! Maybe Jonas Gray, Will Compton, Big Trev and Kenneth Page, I really need this kinda class the way this year is going. THe future is bright!!!!!

Two schools get chopped from OG Kenneth Page's list

Under Armour All-American Kenneth Page has eliminated Alabama and Stanford from consideration, according to the Spartanburg Herald-Journal.
He's now down to eight schools; Notre Dame [Oct. 19th visit], South Carolina [Nov. 30th visit date], Clemson [Jan. 11th visit date], Florida, Tennessee, Maryland, Georgia Tech, and North Carolina.

I went to a game at Clemson once, and (at least for me) the gameday experience was nothing special. Getting him on (either) campus is probably a good idea.

The think that may hurt ND here is that the visits cloest to his decision are the southern in state schools. I'm not sure if they'll be ablr to get him up on another visit or not but if they could it would be a great idea.

ND is still listed as in his Top 6, and Page says he has no particular favorite, but an unfavorable comparison of ND vs. Tenn by a southern recruit does not give me the warm and fuzzies about ND's chances with him.

Honestly, I think that Page was too much of a project at OL!!! Yeah he has talent, but he needs alot of work. Upside aside, I think that Trevor Robinson is the real deal and he can push the current players with his abilities!!!! Now if we miss out on Big Trev then that ain't too good!!! Hope they have a backup plan!!!

Yeah unless something changes with Kenny I think he'll probably end up at one of the southern schools, more than likely it'll be the one he visits last which seems to happen so often these days.

I don't think it's fair to compare him to the Little's with all of their multiple press conferences , commitments and decommitments.

I don't think that's fair either. Beal was touting a school that has a 35% grad rate for it's football program and the lowest overall in the SEC as the IVY League of the south.
