Its a real shame to lose out on Hale, he would have been a great addition to the ND family, however, this class is shaping up to be one of the best that I can remember is quite some time, so even with the loss of Hale, ND is looking incredible.

Apparently, Hale also is dead serious about wanting to go to school with Cameron Saddler, Gateway's 5-foot-6, 165-pound multi-purpose back and return specialist. They have vowed to attend the same school and it's no coincidence that three of Hale's finalists – Michigan, Virginia and WVU – have offered scholarships to both.

just sounds like if you really want a shot at him, osu better offer his best friend. It seems to be that this will truely be a package deal and osu is the only one of those four that haven't offered his good friend yet

Well they have both said from what I understand that they do not want to play that close to home (i.e. Pitt) so going someplace and having a friend is not a bad thing. How would you feel if your job transferred you to Texas or New Mexico. It is hard moving somewhere even if it is a few hundered miles and not knowing a single person. so in that regards I understand it.

It could very well be the Big Brother Little brother thing. I am not understanding hating on a guy with convictions and loyalty to a friend. In fact I admire that, but hey that is just me.

Hale was a long shot for ND, Filer is our best bet right now at MLB, so Weis, Brown and staff should put all their attention on him.

-----I think that was Jigga. I still see no decision coming from Filer for at least 3 more monthes. I really think he'll get left out IMO. For some strange sick reason I have him pegged for Illinois.

But just curious, why that rule? I didn't see any harm in that because I had just posted a link, and you have to be subscriber to actually read the entire article. And the tiny blurb that I included was the first part of the first paragraph, which is free. If anything, Scout and Rivals should be paying IrishEnvy for sending readers their way.

It's just one of the many things that have caused problems between this site, and Rivals/Scout in the past.

If so, some commit. I hope the ND staff only let those recruits come that have a true interest in possibly committing to ND, and aren't just going for :crap:'s and :eek:grin: 's
