Ran into Jack Kiser this Summer. Asked him about Freeman and he got excited. “We’re gonna blitz a ton”. I just smiled and nodded, trying not to get flashbacks of Tenuta and BVG. At least he recruits the lights out.

He’s the QB version of Ben Skowronek. Hard to get excited about skill position transfers from places like NW or Wisconsin. Still think he can be an effective guy.

I knew we were screwed once I saw Sterling in the lineup. Not too surprising it only ended up 1-0 as each team played without a true Striker. City went with a false 9 and Chelsea countered with Timo Werner. Fun season all around, will be an interesting Summer as always. Hope everyone's teams...

I don't know if that will help. Seems like FFP is there to keep teams like City and PSG from joining the big boys. This Super League seems to be spurned on by teams like United and Liverpool who are in deep debt and want/need a guaranteed revenue stream coming in. No worry about having to finish...

Agree. FFP is there to keep others from crashing the party. The big clubs don’t want any more clubs doing what City has.

Been a joy to watch him these last 10 years. Gave me one of the greatest moments of my sporting life. Hopefully he has another big moment or two left in him with City.
